*To return your product, please email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com first to get your exact return information first.
To return your product, please follow as steps:
1. Email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com.
2. Send the picture and video regarding the issue via email or Whatsapp (If possible)
3. Please keep the original package and the label attached to the box for 30 days.
4. We will refund you after we receive the item and finish quality check.

Customers should meet the following terms:
-Our returns policy covers 30 days. If 30 days has passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
-Please note that the platform had charged the buyer 5% transaction fee, if the buyer wants to return the goods for a refund for personal reasons, the refund we will give you will be 5% less.
-You are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning your item for personal reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Returns for personal reasons: Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, otherwise, you may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*For defective items within the warranty period but beyond the 30-day return period: We recommend retaining the original packaging. If you no longer have it, you shall cover relevant packaging costs. If you refuse to cover packaging costs, you may be charged a 20% fee.
*If you buy our watch winder with fingerprint lock, please delete your fingerprint before sending it back.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if you find fault with the goods you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please send an email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com to request cancellation. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
*Note: If the buyer cancels the order arbitrarily, please note that the platform Shopify will charge a 5% transaction fee, so this transaction fee will be deducted from your payment and your refund will be reduced by 5%.
*Important Notice: Orders paid with tips or gift cards are non-cancellable under any circumstances.
Order Processing Timeline
We typically process orders within 1- 3 business days. If the order has been shipped, we cannot accept a cancellation request.
*Exception: In case of out-of-stock items, we will send an additional email notification.
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.
Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
After performing each of these steps, if you are certain the refund has not be received, please contact us at support@dukwinwatchwinders.com.
Gift Card Policy
Please note that all gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is completed.
Random Color Order Policy
For orders placed with the "Random Color" option:
- The color shipped will be selected randomly from the color options listed on the product page at the time of fulfillment.
- No specific color requests can be accommodated for this option at the time of purchase.
- All colors are brand new and of the same quality as the selected color options.
- If you wish to exchange or return due to personal preference of the received color, you may request a color change to one of our available standard colors.
However, you will be responsible for:
1. The price difference (if any) between the "Random Color" price and the standard color price you wish to exchange to.
2. All shipping costs incurred for the return of the original item and the reshipment of the new item.
3. The item must be kept unused, unopened and in resellable condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

Showcasing our usual commitment to quality design and engineering, this 4-watch winder incorporates a number of luxury features that make it stand out from the crowd.
- This winder operates on a basis of gentle rotation to wind watches. Older generation Watch Winders were programmed to be always on (i.e. rotating without a pause) in an effort to wind the watch as quickly as possible. This can lead to over-winding of a watch and potential damage to the main spring. Gentle rotation ensures a consistent movement over a longer period of time that won't over-wind your watch.
- When initially turned on the rotor turns for 1 minute before pausing. The length of the pause is determined by the Turns Per Day setting (a lower TPD setting will mean a longer pause and vice versa) and once it is completed the rotor turns again for just 1 minute. This cycle continues silently for 12 hours, then rests for 12 hours, before beginning again and so on until the winder is turned off.
- If the Direction setting is set to clockwise then the rotor will always rotate in a Clockwise manner; the same principle applies if the Direction setting is set to Anti-Clockwise. However, if the Direction setting is set to the third setting, Alternately Clockwise/Anti-Clockwise, the first 1 minute rotation will be Clockwise, the next 1 minute rotation will be Anti-Clockwise and so on, ensuring your watch gets a balanced, yet gentle, rotation.

Thank you Dukwin!!! I'm getting many compliments from friends and family about my new locking Dukwin 4 watch automatic winder with 6 additional watch/bracelet stationary display slots. It includes a large accessory drawer with a ring storage area and 8 other spacious slots for general jewelry storage. It has multiple choices on motor rotation and is whisper quiet. It is internally illuminated showcasing the watch winders and is creating a night light of sorts which is a pleasant surprise. IMHO the fit and black lacquered finish is comparable to a high end piano case. It came in well ahead of the holidays even though I ordered it very close to Christmas. I'll certainly be ordering two more units in the near future. One each for my 2 sons who received very nice automatic watches for Christmas. It will come in handy so they don't think they have to wear the watch 24/7 to keep it accurate. CHEERS!!
I wanted to use the winder for a while before I reviewed it so I could give honest feedback. I was looking for a new watch winder and needed to find the right one. Number of winders, functionality and price were important but so was meeting all of my needs. I'm the type of person that researches everything in detail. When I found the Dukwin 4 Watch Winder, it seemed to check all of the boxes. I had a ton of questions and every time I contacted customer service they were quick to respond with all of the answers. It looks great and arrived in perfect shape. I needed to wind 4, have a drawer and the ability to display other watches that don't need winding. Check, check and check. This is the only one I found with everything I needed at a fantastic price. It's so quiet I don't even know it turning. It's in my office but I could put it on my bedside table and it would not bother me at all. The drawer has a lot of room and the watch holders are very adjustable. My watches fit without a problem. I'm very happy to have found the Dukwin and I would recommend it to anyone. As a matter of fact, I already have.

The item was a gift and appeared as nice it was presented online. The packaging was superb and kept it protected during shipping. My only negative is that I was not happy about the option to add a tip when checking out. I made a purchase. The idea that a tip would even be suggested is ridiculous. Pay your team enough to provide excellent service. That is your company’s responsibility not mine.

From my BF: What a fantastic product! If someone is thinking of making this purchase let me tell you DO IT! The display is clear and when accented by the light it is truly beautiful. I rotate out my watches almost daily so this gives me a good visual. You don’t know how nice it is to have the watches continuously wound until you try it, but it’s a nice feature. The piano finish is grand. I keep my rings and watch tools in the luxurious bottom drawer. Also, the safety factor for peace of mind is nice as it is under lock and key. It is a beautiful addition to any space and it is large enough for me to place my colognes on top. Overall it’s a solid 9/10. My extremely hot girlfriend giving it as a gift helps push them over the top. I’ll definitely be back for more purchases. Great investment!

Not sure how I feel about it. The box the winder was shipped in was torn apart, and the actual box the winder came in also received the brunt of the damage. I had never seen a package arrive so destroyed and this is supposed to be a christmas gift for my boyfriend. I will need to provide a follow up review when my BF actually recieves the gift to see if it works correctly.
The winder’s lowest setting is 1,300 Turns Per Day, which is baffling since most of my automatic watches are optimized at 650 TPD. Customer support was poor and impersonal, email only, with replies that were poorly translated from Chinese. The only phone number I could find was a non-working WhatsApp number. Overall, disappointing product and support. It's quiet and looks nice though.

Sounds exaggerated or crazy, but this thing really makes my life better. I no longer have three winders clogging up the top of my dresser, there's an area for my non-automatics (which weee just strewn about), a place for my ring and other jewelry, and a spot for my money clip. It's basically a nicely put-together spot for everything I need after my clothes are on, and it looks great. Sick that I didn't do this a long time ago.
