Faulty Goods
Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if you find fault with the goods you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please send an email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com to request cancellation. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
*Note: If the buyer cancels the order arbitrarily, please note that the platform Shopify will charge a 5% transaction fee, so this transaction fee will be deducted from your payment and your refund will be reduced by 5%.

Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase. I have enjoyed my Dukwin 6 watch winder for the last 6 months. Each watch I own has its own spin per day programmed. It is a beautiful piece to show off my watches and keep them up to date on time and complications. I did have one issue that Dukwin Support handled for me very efficiently. One of the cups came out and I was unable to locate the little screw that holds the cup in. Dukwin sent me the little screw and cover pad and it was an easy repair. I will definitely buy additional winders from Dukwin, as they back their products. I did quite a bit of research on winders and Dukwin definitely came out on top for price and what you get for your money.
Packaged really well and arrived in perfect condition in spite of noticeable rough handling by the delivery company. Finish is beautiful. Very happy with the winder. Thanks!

This 9 watch winder really amazed me! As soon as I opened the package, the exquisite appearance design attracted me. I have bought this watch shaker for a while, and I must praise it. The existence of the display screen makes it easy to adjust the parameters of the watch shaker, and even novices can quickly get started. The lighting design is very considerate, with moderate brightness, and you don’t have to grope in the dark when looking for a watch. The storage space is reasonably planned, and the spacing between each head is appropriate. The watches will not squeeze and wear each other when they are put in, which protects my beloved watch. The workmanship is fine and the quality is excellent. It is a full score!
It's fantastic does what it says but the fingerprint lock is so cool and the individuall tumblers is so easy to use the remote is easy to use the piano 2pac finish is great and it comes in a box in box surrounded by foam so don't worry about it arriving scratched it is well protected

Overall I’m very happy with this product. It appears well made and my watches are keeping time.
Two minor criticisms however. The internal top light would have been better if it was positioned at the front of the unit rather than the rear. This throws the watches on the top shelf into shadow instead of illuminating them.
The other is that the fingerprint scanner is awkward to programme. I’ll get round to it at some point.
Overall I’m happy with the unit and would recommend it.
Very well designed, and very happy with the purchase just one thing one of the watch holders spring does not extract all the way out. This causes my watch to move side to side when winding other than this I’m very happy with my purchase.
I must admit I was a little apprehensive to purchase not one, but two watch winders. This was a lot of money but I can't say enough how happy I am with this purchase. I just assumed this was some cheap Chinese crap of a product and I understand they are surely manufactured there but so far I am immensely impressed. The quality and literal smell of the leather when you open these beautiful cases really got me. I couldn't have found a better display case for my watch collection. I was also assuming the delivery time would take forever but it didn't, I think they ship them out of Houston TX and I had mine in like 3 days or so. Don't be deterred, order from these folks, they are awesome!

As a watch lover, I am always looking for ways to store my watches in style and automatically wind them. The dukwin watch winder seems to be a good solution to store up to 6 watches.
Not only is this one of the nicest watch cases that I have ever seen, some being in excess of $20,000, this happens to be the best built case as well. This beautiful box showcases my nicest of watches and really adds to the aesthetic of the room. To say that I was impressed with this watch box winder would definitely be an understatement.
I was a little hesitant to get it at first because of the price, but after just seeing the manner in how it arrived was enough to elevate my hesitations. It came in four different layers of protection to keep it safe and ensure that what you see online is what you get in person. The presentation alone was above and beyond what I had hoped for.
The LED lights inside the watch box glistens against your watches, the drawer slides perfectly, and the door's hinges along with the fit is excellent. The shine from the opaque black finish on the outside is clear enough to see yourself in it. The box that I received can wind up to three different watches in the middle, and can hold four additional watches on top that are non-winding.
You can set the winding mechanism to any direction and combination to wind your watch, and the LED light can be turned on or off. There is also a night mode, which is only 2db loud The watch box has an LCD touch screen as well as a remote control to program the different configurations of watch movement and lighting.
It is much better than described, I love it, and highly recommend it.
I am not a fan of reviewing. However, I am doing it to against some bad reviews I saw before purchasing. I almost give up because of it. But, I am glad I did not find another design I like other than this one.
Fast shipping and well packaged, no damages upon arrival. Well made, decent quality. I also like the display area on the top. Price wise, I can not say it cheap, but compared to another listings I saw, it’s in the lower range.
No complaints so far, testing for motors. They are very quiet that’s the only thing I can confirm right now. Will update my review for any new discoveries.
