To return your product, please follow as steps:

1. Email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com.

2. Send the picture and video regarding the issue via email or Whatsapp (If possible)

3. Please keep the original package and the label attached to the box for 30 days.

4. We will refund you after we receive the item and finish quality check.

Customers should meet the following terms:

-Our returns policy covers 30 days. If 30 days has passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
-Please note that the platform had charged the buyer 5% transaction fee, if the buyer wants to return the goods for a refund for personal reasons, the refund we will give you will be 5% less.
-You are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning your item for personal reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

*Returns for personal reasons: Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, otherwise, you may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

*For defective items within the warranty period but beyond the 30-day return period: We recommend retaining the original packaging. If you no longer have it, you shall cover relevant packaging costs. If you refuse to cover packaging costs, you may be charged a 20% fee.

*If you buy our watch winder with fingerprint lock, please delete your fingerprint before sending it back.

 

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if you find fault with the goods you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of goods.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

 

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please send an email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com to request cancellation. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.  

*Note: If the buyer cancels the order arbitrarily, please note that the platform Shopify will charge a 5% transaction fee, so this transaction fee will be deducted from your payment and your refund will be reduced by 5%. 

*Important Notice: Orders paid with tips or gift cards are non-cancellable under any circumstances.

 

Order Processing Timeline

We typically process orders within 1- 3 business days. If the order has been shipped, we cannot accept a cancellation request.

*Exception: In case of out-of-stock items, we will send an additional email notification.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.
Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
After performing each of these steps, if you are certain the refund has not be received, please contact us at support@dukwinwatchwinders.com.

For orders placed with the "Random Color" option:
- The color shipped will be selected randomly from the color options listed on the product page at the time of fulfillment.
- No specific color requests can be accommodated for this option at the time of purchase.

- If you wish to exchange or return due to personal preference of the received color, you may request a color change to one of our available standard colors. 
However, you will be responsible for:

  • This classic 8-watch winders from Dukwin presents the ideal solution for winding up to 8 watches at the same time and with a watch deck storage to display your another 6 watches.  All presented in an elegant closed display case.  Showcasing our usual commitment to quality design and engineering, this 8-watch winder incorporates a number of luxury features that make it stand out from the crowd.
  • This winder operates on a basis of gentle rotation to wind watches. Older generation Watch Winders were programmed to be always on (i.e. rotating without a pause) in an effort to wind the watch as quickly as possible. This can lead to over-winding of a watch and potential damage to the main spring. Gentle rotation ensures a consistent movement over a longer period of time that won't over-wind your watch.
  • When initially turned on the rotor turns for 1 minute before pausing. The length of the pause is determined by the Turns Per Day setting (a lower TPD setting will mean a longer pause and vice versa) and once it is completed the rotor turns again for just 1 minute. This cycle continues silently for 12 hours, then rests for 12 hours, before beginning again and so on until the winder is turned off.
  • If the Direction setting is set to clockwise then the rotor will always rotate in a Clockwise manner; the same principle applies if the Direction setting is set to Anti-Clockwise. However, if the Direction setting is set to the third setting, Alternately Clockwise/Anti-Clockwise, the first 1 minute rotation will be Clockwise, the next 1 minute rotation will be Anti-Clockwise and so on, ensuring your watch gets a balanced, yet gentle, rotation.

Great build. Only thing I plan to change is the winder holders. I had to remove the bottom half that has that soft material on it since none of my bands fit with it on. I plan to put a small piece of suede or foam on the plastic spring part so that the clasps dont slide around. But its great! Beautiful piece. Could use a longer LED strip but it looks great regardless!

Well packaged and arrived intact . Quiet in normal usage, lots of settings for the winders and the cushions are the usual excellent dukwin fit. Finishing good but a few “loose ends”. The tray with the winders on it wasn’t securely fitted. One section of piona black lacquer wasn’t completely finished and the drawer inserts are a bit rough. Furthermore the tray for the cufflinks and rings needed re glued. Great value for money in spite of these minor issues . If they spent a few minutes on their QC and rectifying little issues it would be perfect.

Well, I went in and changed my review. At first, I didn’t feel like the sizing of the cradles and the pillows were even close. However, Customer Service suggested an option of sending the smaller version of what they have to me. Worked perfectly. I believe they should use only the ones I received. And not the bigger cradles for the winder itself. The ones they give you are large, but these fit perfect. I think it’s a great watch winder very happy with it. Customer Service was great. Well, I need to give a bad review but I will tell you this is a great looking box. I was very excited about it. I like the storage container below. It looks sleek. However, if you have a high-end watch, this is not The Watch winder for you. It is plastic on the inside that holds the watch where the watch pillow they are very large. I have a 7 inch rest, which is definitely not small. Every watch I have. I have to minimize the pillow and I have to take out the plastic piece. That’s already hard to move it onto a small smaller plastic piece that is very hard. This watch winder will stretch the metal on your watch. If you have a watch with a leather strap, it will not fit in here. This Watch Winder was definitely not made from someone that is into watches. Everything is hard plastic. The spring inside is hard and puts a lot of pressure on the watch even at its smallest size Taking it out because of the spring, you can’t really get it out of there cleanly you have to be extremely careful to put it in and take it out. My recommendation would be to make this a soft pillow inside of each compartment with minimal pressure on the watch. I must say the customer service department seems to be pretty good. They’ve been responsive, but they can only work with the design in engineering of this box and it’s a poor design.

But I'm a little disappointed in the built in light that's flickering right out the brand new box and it's not exactly quiet. It gives off the eerie noise you can hear in a quiet room. So far so good. It’s quiet, and the appearance is nice. The cuff locks could be a little bit better quality. The design is good, although my wife’s watch doesn’t fit well despite removing the bottom part for a smaller watch. The price was good for the size I bought, but I’d be willing to pay more for better finishes. This was my first watch winder, so if I were to buy another I’d want a higher end model. The delivery was quick and again overall it’s nice. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks!

This is a large and beautiful looking watch winder. I have an Omega Speedmaster and a Planet Ocean XL and it fits in the winder perfectly. There’s multiple settings for rotations but I found the one where it alternates to work best. I think different watch brands require different types of rotations. It makes the watches look more special in the display and rotating. I like being able to have my watches have the time set without me having to remember to wind them manually when I don’t wear them for days. It feels solid and well made. It’s pretty heavy and luckily mine came well packaged and intact. The noise is very minimal and I don’t even hear it at all. If I do it just sounds like a motor whirring. I like this a lot and would recommend it.
