2. Envoyez la photo et la vidéo concernant le problème par courriel ou Whatsapp (si possible)
3. Veuillez conserver l'emballage d'origine et l'étiquette apposée sur la boîte pendant 30 jours.
4. Nous vous rembourserons après réception de l'article et vérification de la qualité.

*Si vous achetez notre remontoir de montre avec verrouillage par empreinte digitale, veuillez supprimer votre empreinte digitale avant de le renvoyer.
Marchandises défectueuses
Les marchandises défectueuses sont couvertes par la garantie du fabricant, si vous constatez un défaut dans les marchandises, vous devez nous en informer dans les 3 jours suivant la réception des marchandises.
Remboursements
Une fois votre retour reçu et inspecté, nous vous enverrons un courriel pour vous informer de l'état de votre remboursement.
Si votre demande est approuvée, les retours seront traités dans les 14 jours ouvrables suivant la réception de votre ou vos articles. Veuillez noter que le traitement des paiements est hors de notre contrôle et qu'il peut falloir jusqu'à 7 à 10 jours ouvrables supplémentaires pour que les fonds soient crédités sur le compte que vous avez utilisé lors du paiement.
Annulation de commande
Vous pouvez annuler votre commande dans les 4 heures suivant sa passation. Veuillez envoyer un courriel à support@dukwinwatchwinders.com pour demander l'annulation. Nous n'accepterons PAS les demandes d'annulation de commande si la commande a déjà été expédiée.
*Remarque : Si l'acheteur annule la commande arbitrairement, veuillez noter que la plateforme Shopify facturera des frais de transaction de 5 %, ces frais de transaction seront donc déduits de votre paiement et votre remboursement sera réduit de 5 %.
*Avis important : Les commandes payées avec des pourboires ou des cartes-cadeaux ne sont pas annulables en aucune circonstance.
Délai de traitement des commandes
Nous traitons généralement les commandes dans les 1 à 3 jours ouvrables. Si la commande a été expédiée, nous ne pouvons pas accepter de demande d'annulation.
*Exception : En cas de rupture de stock, nous enverrons une notification par courriel supplémentaire.
Remboursements tardifs ou manquants
Si vous n'avez toujours pas reçu votre remboursement après 10 jours ouvrables, vérifiez d'abord votre compte bancaire et assurez-vous qu'il s'agit bien de celui utilisé pour l'achat.
Ensuite, contactez votre société de carte de crédit/débit, il peut y avoir un certain délai avant que votre remboursement ne soit officiellement affiché.
Ensuite, contactez votre banque. Il y a souvent un certain temps de traitement avant qu'un remboursement n'apparaisse sur votre compte.
Après avoir effectué chacune de ces étapes, si vous êtes certain que le remboursement n'a pas été reçu, veuillez nous contacter à support@dukwinwatchwinders.com.

Politique de commande de couleur aléatoire
Pour les commandes passées avec l'option "Couleur aléatoire" :
- La couleur expédiée sera sélectionnée au hasard parmi les options de couleur répertoriées sur la page du produit au moment de l'exécution.
- Aucune demande de couleur spécifique ne peut être satisfaite pour cette option au moment de l'achat.
- Toutes les couleurs sont neuves et de la même qualité que les options de couleur sélectionnées.
- Si vous souhaitez échanger ou retourner en raison d'une préférence personnelle de la couleur reçue, vous pouvez demander un changement de couleur vers l'une de nos couleurs standard disponibles.

Méthode de calcul des TPD : 10 tours par cycle
Cycle de fonctionnement en mode 24 heures (minutes) = 1440 / (TPD / 10 tours) ;
Cycle de fonctionnement en mode 12 heures (minutes) = 1440 / (TPD / 10 tours) / 2 ;
Cycle de fonctionnement en mode 8 heures (minutes) = 1440 / (TPD / 10 tours) / 3 ;
Exemple : TPD réglé à 650, sens horaire, mode 24 heures. Alors la période de fonctionnement (minutes) = 22,2, c'est-à-dire que chaque cycle est de 22,2 minutes.
Exécution du cycle : le temps nécessaire au moteur pour tourner 10 fois dans le sens horaire + le temps d'arrêt du moteur = 22,2 minutes. En mode de fonctionnement 12 (8 heures), le cycle fonctionne pendant 12 (8 heures) heures puis s'arrête ; s'arrête pendant 12 (16 heures) heures, puis redémarre le cycle.

Its display screen is clear and concise, and various parameters are clear at a glance. It can accurately set the watch mode and time, and the operation is super convenient. It's fantastic does what it says but the fingerprint lock is so cool and the individuall tumblers is so easy to use the remote is easy to use the piano 2pac finish is great and it comes in a box in box surrounded by foam so don't worry about it arriving scratched it is well protected

Very good product works great and we love the fingerprint door lock, we will be ordering another one before long as we have filled our one up already, its time for his and hers seperate cabinets. If your hesitating about buying online, then dont you can thank me later. !!!
Love it so much, very good finishing and it has fingerprint lock for security, and it has many TPD setting.
Overall I’m very happy with this product. It appears well made and my watches are keeping time. Two minor criticisms however. The internal top light would have been better if it was positioned at the front of the unit rather than the rear. This throws the watches on the top shelf into shadow instead of illuminating them. The other is that the fingerprint scanner is awkward to programme. I’ll get round to it at some point. Overall I’m happy with the unit and would recommend it.
Very well designed, and very happy with the purchase just one thing one of the watch holders spring does not extract all the way out. This causes my watch to move side to side when winding other than this I’m very happy with my purchase.
I must admit I was a little apprehensive to purchase not one, but two watch winders. This was a lot of money but I can't say enough how happy I am with this purchase. I just assumed this was some cheap Chinese crap of a product and I understand they are surely manufactured there but so far I am immensely impressed. The quality and literal smell of the leather when you open these beautiful cases really got me. I couldn't have found a better display case for my watch collection. I was also assuming the delivery time would take forever but it didn't, I think they ship them out of Houston TX and I had mine in like 3 days or so. Don't be deterred, order from these folks, they are awesome!
My boyfriend loves it! Thank you for an amazing service communication and fast shipping, within EU just few days and no import tax. More importantly the winder itself absolutely stunning. All similar ones from famous brands are in 6k range. I was worried that for such price it won’t look or function good, or my boyfriend wouldn’t like as he had his eye on those expensive ones for a while. But he was like a kid in Disneyland yesterday, setting the fingerprint up,dusting it all with cute silky brush. So have no doubt people, this gift is worthy even of those who are true watch enthusiasts.

Not only is this one of the nicest watch cases that I have ever seen, some being in excess of $20,000, this happens to be the best built case as well. This beautiful box showcases my nicest of watches and really adds to the aesthetic of the room. To say that I was impressed with this watch box winder would definitely be an understatement. I was a little hesitant to get it at first because of the price, but after just seeing the manner in how it arrived was enough to elevate my hesitations. It came in four different layers of protection to keep it safe and ensure that what you see online is what you get in person. The presentation alone was above and beyond what I had hoped for. The LED lights inside the watch box glistens against your watches, the drawer slides perfectly, and the door's hinges along with the fit is excellent. The shine from the opaque black finish on the outside is clear enough to see yourself in it. The box that I received can wind up to three different watches in the middle, and can hold four additional watches on top that are non-winding. You can set the winding mechanism to any direction and combination to wind your watch, and the LED light can be turned on or off. There is also a night mode, which is only 2db loud The watch box has an LCD touch screen as well as a remote control to program the different configurations of watch movement and lighting. It is much better than described, I love it, and highly recommend it.
I am not a fan of reviewing. However, I am doing it to against some bad reviews I saw before purchasing. I almost give up because of it. But, I am glad I did not find another design I like other than this one. Fast shipping and well packaged, no damages upon arrival. Well made, decent quality. I also like the display area on the top. Price wise, I can not say it cheap, but compared to another listings I saw, it’s in the lower range. No complaints so far, testing for motors. They are very quiet that’s the only thing I can confirm right now. Will update my review for any new discoveries.
