*To return your product, please email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com first to get your exact return information first.
To return your product, please follow as steps:
1. Email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com.
2. Send the picture and video regarding the issue via email or Whatsapp (If possible)
3. Please keep the original package and the label attached to the box for 30 days.
4. We will refund you after we receive the item and finish quality check.

Customers should meet the following terms:
-Our returns policy covers 30 days. If 30 days has passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
-Please note that the platform had charged the buyer 5% transaction fee, if the buyer wants to return the goods for a refund for personal reasons, the refund we will give you will be 5% less.
-You are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning your item for personal reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Returns for personal reasons: Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, otherwise, you may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*For defective items within the warranty period but beyond the 30-day return period: We recommend retaining the original packaging. If you no longer have it, you shall cover relevant packaging costs. If you refuse to cover packaging costs, you may be charged a 20% fee.
*If you buy our watch winder with fingerprint lock, please delete your fingerprint before sending it back.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if you find fault with the goods you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please send an email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com to request cancellation. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
*Note: If the buyer cancels the order arbitrarily, please note that the platform Shopify will charge a 5% transaction fee, so this transaction fee will be deducted from your payment and your refund will be reduced by 5%.
*Important Notice: Orders paid with tips or gift cards are non-cancellable under any circumstances.
Order Processing Timeline
We typically process orders within 1- 3 business days. If the order has been shipped, we cannot accept a cancellation request.
*Exception: In case of out-of-stock items, we will send an additional email notification.
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.
Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
After performing each of these steps, if you are certain the refund has not be received, please contact us at support@dukwinwatchwinders.com.
Gift Card Policy
Please note that all gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is completed.
Random Color Order Policy
For orders placed with the "Random Color" option:
- The color shipped will be selected randomly from the color options listed on the product page at the time of fulfillment.
- No specific color requests can be accommodated for this option at the time of purchase.
- All colors are brand new and of the same quality as the selected color options.
- If you wish to exchange or return due to personal preference of the received color, you may request a color change to one of our available standard colors.
However, you will be responsible for:
1. The price difference (if any) between the "Random Color" price and the standard color price you wish to exchange to.
2. All shipping costs incurred for the return of the original item and the reshipment of the new item.
3. The item must be kept unused, unopened and in resellable condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

WINDING MODES
Direction: clockwise/counter clockwise/clockwise+counter clockwise
TPD Calculation Method: 10 turns per cycle
24-hour mode operating cycle (minutes) =1440/ (TPD/10 turns);
12-hour mode operating cycle (minutes) =1440/ (TPD/10 turns) /2;
8-hour mode operating cycle (minutes) =1440/ (TPD/10 turns) /3;
e.g: TPD set to 650, clockwise, 24 hours mode. Then the running period (minutes) =22.2, that is, each cycle is 22.2 minutes.
Cycle execution: the time required for the motor to rotate clockwise 10 times + the motor stop time = 22.2 minutes. In the 12 (8 hours) working mode, the cycle runs for 12 (8 hours) hours and then stops; stops for 12 (16 hours) hours, and then restarts the cycle.
Note:
There is no magic number of rotations that will wind your watch. Things such as how active you are, how many complications your watch has, how frequently you use the chronograph function, how frequently you wear your watch, the watch make, how long it has been since it was last serviced and a host of other variables will impact what your watch requires to stay wound. And a watch winder won't wind a watch that is fully stopped. So, you need to manually wind the timepiece to get it running first. You will have to make this determination by trying the various settings.

ROTATION MODE: You can turn up and turn down to set the number of Turns-Per-Day from 300 to 2300 TPD. Increases and decreases are accurate to 50 TPD, over 300 TPD returns to 2300 TPD cycle.

I cannot say enough about my new Dukwin 12 watch winder. The quality is exceptional and the quietness is unmatched. It is beautifully crafted and made of first class materials and components. I am a huge Panerai 47mm submersible collector. Needed a watch winder that could handle the larger size watches. Very impressed! Super easy to use and it looks great. The materials are super high quality. More importantly the pockets that the watches go into can support larger buckles which is super important since some of the Panerai watches I have are 26mm straps with larger buckles. Also very impressed with the biometric fingerprint lock. Surprisingly it is more accurate than some of my Gun safes and quick bedside release. Not sure if I am allowed to share that, So Highly recommend

Winder is great but directions for setup are horrible. Not written correctly in the booklet. Not detailed enough. Had to watch u tube videos to figure out how to size the cuff and set up the sequences. Also still not clear on how to set individual cuffs to different TPD. Also cuffs won’t fit half of my Rolexes and omegas with the smaller bracelets.
These guys have been great to wok with. This is my second watch winder I have purchased from them. I upgraded to the 12 watch holder.
Device arrived a little later than expected but did arrive. Well packaged. Unfortunately the device fingerprint lock didn’t work but after some help from customer service and a fairly simple procedure to open the device and check the connections all was good and it now works well with the other two purchased previously.

Got this as a gift for my boyfriend’s birthday. He’s got a big watch collection & this made him so happy! Pretty cool with a lot of features on it.
Easy to set up and runs flawlessly
The written operating/programming instructions are vague at best. The instructions refer to U-tube videos for further instructions numerous times. Most the videos are sales stuff. I found only one video which marginally addresses fingerprint programming. You need to enhance your written and/or video operating/programming instructions. This is coming from an engineer who wrote and illustrated operating/assembly/maintenance instructions for robotic systems and medical devices.
Functionality and ease of use relative to the touch screen is easy. Appearance is fabulous! I love the 12 watch capacity!

Lovely watch wonder with fun colors and options at a reasonable cost.
The 12 watch winder was delivered within 5 working days which was great, however, unfortunately one of the winders was not working. I contacted Dukwin who got back to me very quickly with links to videos that may help find the problem. I was able to follow the instructions and find that a wire had become lossened during transit. 10 minutes later the winder was up and running perfectly. Great communications, great product, I'm very happy.

The item arrived after three working days which I find acceptable - even though the distance between me and the item was a mere 30 kilometers.
