To return your product, please follow as steps:
1. Email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com.
2. Send the picture and video regarding the issue via email or Whatsapp (If possible)
3. Please keep the original package and the label attached to the box for 30 days.
4. We will refund you after we receive the item and finish quality check.

Customers should meet the following terms:
-Our returns policy covers 30 days. If 30 days has passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
-Please note that the platform had charged the buyer 5% transaction fee, if the buyer wants to return the goods for a refund for personal reasons, the refund we will give you will be 5% less.
-You are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning your item for personal reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Returns for personal reasons: Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, otherwise, you may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*For defective items within the warranty period but beyond the 30-day return period: We recommend retaining the original packaging. If you no longer have it, you shall cover relevant packaging costs. If you refuse to cover packaging costs, you may be charged a 20% fee.
*If you buy our watch winder with fingerprint lock, please delete your fingerprint before sending it back.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if you find fault with the goods you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please send an email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com to request cancellation. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
*Note: If the buyer cancels the order arbitrarily, please note that the platform Shopify will charge a 5% transaction fee, so this transaction fee will be deducted from your payment and your refund will be reduced by 5%.
*Important Notice: Orders paid with tips or gift cards are non-cancellable under any circumstances.

We typically process orders within 1- 3 business days. If the order has been shipped, we cannot accept a cancellation request.
*Exception: In case of out-of-stock items, we will send an additional email notification.
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.
Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

For orders placed with the "Random Color" option:
- The color shipped will be selected randomly from the color options listed on the product page at the time of fulfillment.
- No specific color requests can be accommodated for this option at the time of purchase.
- All colors are brand new and of the same quality as the selected color options.
- If you wish to exchange or return due to personal preference of the received color, you may request a color change to one of our available standard colors.
However, you will be responsible for:
1. The price difference (if any) between the "Random Color" price and the standard color price you wish to exchange to.
2. All shipping costs incurred for the return of the original item and the reshipment of the new item.

Great winders. I now have 2 which keep my watches wound and precise. The options available will allow you to put any watch in there and know it will keep good time Slight issue with the delivery (it was Christmas and undoubtedly a very busy time) but Dukwin quickly sorted it and any queries I had. Great product for your prized possession.

I am very pleased with this watch winder. I have three other winders (two doubles and another single…. different brands/styles), but I really like the adjustability of the winder rotation, frequency and the ability to stack and plug them into each other (in-line). It also has a premium spring loaded watch holder that will snugly hold my larger diameter watches that have bracelets. I will definitely be ordering more so I can set up a nice display. The quality is great and I highly recommend it.

works well. sometimes the cover is hard to screw on. the watch holder is dark and the slots you slide it in are dark, therefore it's hard at time to see where it's supposed to clip in.
