*To return your product, please email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com first to get your exact return information first.
To return your product, please follow as steps:

2. Send the picture and video regarding the issue via email or Whatsapp (If possible)
3. Please keep the original package and the label attached to the box for 30 days.
4. We will refund you after we receive the item and finish quality check.

Customers should meet the following terms:
-Our returns policy covers 30 days. If 30 days has passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
-Please note that the platform had charged the buyer 5% transaction fee, if the buyer wants to return the goods for a refund for personal reasons, the refund we will give you will be 5% less.
-You are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning your item for personal reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Returns for personal reasons: Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, otherwise, you may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*For defective items within the warranty period but beyond the 30-day return period: We recommend retaining the original packaging. If you no longer have it, you shall cover relevant packaging costs. If you refuse to cover packaging costs, you may be charged a 20% fee.
*If you buy our watch winder with fingerprint lock, please delete your fingerprint before sending it back.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if you find fault with the goods you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please send an email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com to request cancellation. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
*Note: If the buyer cancels the order arbitrarily, please note that the platform Shopify will charge a 5% transaction fee, so this transaction fee will be deducted from your payment and your refund will be reduced by 5%.
*Important Notice: Orders paid with tips or gift cards are non-cancellable under any circumstances.

We typically process orders within 1- 3 business days. If the order has been shipped, we cannot accept a cancellation request.

Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.
Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

For orders placed with the "Random Color" option:
- The color shipped will be selected randomly from the color options listed on the product page at the time of fulfillment.
- No specific color requests can be accommodated for this option at the time of purchase.

- If you wish to exchange or return due to personal preference of the received color, you may request a color change to one of our available standard colors.
However, you will be responsible for:

🔑 First Time Opening the Safe
To get started correctly, please read this carefully:
The safe does not come with batteries pre-installed. Therefore, the fingerprint, password, and APP functions will not work when you first receive it.
Step 1: Open the Safe with the Key
Open the emergency keyhole cover at the bottom of the front of the safe to reveal a mechanical lock keyhole. Insert the emergency key and turn it to the left about 10° until a click is heard. At the same time, press the round handle to make it protrude, then turn the circular handle below the panel to the right to open the safe.
Step 2: Install Batteries to Activate Electronic Functions
The internal battery compartment is located at the top inside of the door panel. After opening the safe for the first time, please open the compartment and insert 4 AA alkaline batteries with the correct polarity. Once installed, the system will power up, and the touchscreen, fingerprint scanner, and password functions will be activated. You can then proceed to set up your personal access codes.

WINDING MODES
TPD values range between 300-2300. Use the up and down buttons to adjust. The up button increases by 50 each time, looping back to 300 if it exceeds 2300. The down button decreases by 50 each time, looping back to 2300 if it goes below 300.
Direction: clockwise/counter clockwise/clockwise+counter clockwise
TPD Calculation Method: 10 turns per cycle
24-hour mode operating cycle (minutes) =1440/ (TPD/10 turns);
12-hour mode operating cycle (minutes) =1440/ (TPD/10 turns) /2;
8-hour mode operating cycle (minutes) =1440/ (TPD/10 turns) /3;
e.g: TPD set to 650, clockwise, 24 hours mode. Then the running period (minutes) =22.2, that is, each cycle is 22.2 minutes.
Cycle execution: the time required for the motor to rotate clockwise 10 times + the motor stop time = 22.2 minutes. In the 12 (8 hours) working mode, the cycle runs for 12 (8 hours) hours and then stops; stops for 12 (16 hours) hours, and then restarts the cycle.
FAQ
Q: Why won't my fingerprint/password work when I first receive the watch safe?
A: The watch safe does not come with batteries pre-installed for safety reasons, so all electronic functions (fingerprint, password, APP remote) will not work initially.
You must first open the safe using the included key. Open the key cover on the front bottom, insert the emergency key and turn left about 10° until hearing a click. Press the round handle to pop out, then rotate the handle right to open the door.Once open, install 4 AA alkaline batteries in the compartment at the top inside of the door. After the system powers up, you can set up and use all electronic features normally.
